Thank you for your interest in American Kenpo and the work of the American Kenpo Karate Association! We are a training and study circuit with two centers of excellence whose main goal for the past 30 years has been to study and promote the art of Ed Parker Kenpo.

The American Kenpo Karate Association (AKKA) strives to operate on the principles of American Kenpo in homage to Senior Grandmaster Ed Parker. Its members study the origins of American Kenpo and its history up to the present day.

We encourage our members to maintain their confidence and independence.

Our schools work independently and in a friendly manner with various lineages, organizations, schools and clubs at home and abroad. It is very important for us that the atmosphere of the community is informal and open to all stylists who want to join our Kenpo family.

The AKKA is a non-profit and non-political organization that is not obliged to sell martial arts. We are training and working to establish a new sprawling branch in the American Kenpo family tree.

We hope that our pages will give you many answers, or that we can welcome you to one of our seminars.
